We host Wednesday night Runs for all fitness levels. We just want to get people moving. Some will run and some will walk but all will have FUN!

We carry a large selection of brands and we are adding products all the time. In shoes we carry Brooks, Asics, Saucony, Mizuno, New Balance, Hoka and Newton are coming in June. In accessories we carry most of the major brands including Fuel Belt, Garmin, Features, GU, Spenco, Sweaty Bands ...........and many more.

Our premier shoe fitting process involves not only measuring your feet, but also motion treadmill evaluation and Istep foot scan that we review with you. 

Quarterly Good Form Running and Injury Prevention Clinics

Once a Quarter

Every quarter we will host a Good Form Running and Injury prevention clinic. The clinic lasts approximately 45 minutes. Afterwards we will have a question and answer session for sharing all our aches and pains so we can address them - and talk about how to avoid them in the future.
